The Silk Road Journey
A curated, family-style menu for gatherings of eight to sixteen guests, and by request for parties of four or more. Eighty-five dollars per guest.
Enjoyed family-style.
In a Syrian home, the table is set with more than any one guest could finish alone, an abundance meant for sharing, not dividing. The Silk Road Journey brings that same instinct to Ammoora: mezze passed hand to hand, mains chosen guest by guest, the evening moving at whatever pace the table sets for itself.

Three courses, chosen as you go.
Only the first course is decided in advance. From there, you and your guests order freely from Ammoora's full mezze and main course menu, the same menu used for regular dinner service, so the evening takes its shape from the table, not from a prix fixe card.
- OneThe house spreads. Hummus, Baba Ghanouj, Muhamara, Keshke, and Beet Mutabal, set at the center of the table alongside pita baked fresh in Ammoora's gas-fired oven.
- TwoMezze. Each guest may order their own, or the table can choose a few to share, whichever suits the group. A small number of mezze, typically the more elaborate preparations, are offered as priced upgrades.
- ThreeMains. Each guest chooses their own main course from the full menu. A small number of mains, typically premium proteins or chef's specialties, are offered as priced upgrades.
À la carte additions are welcome throughout. Dessert and beverages are priced separately, view the dessert menu and the drink menu before you reserve.

VegetarianA few common questions.
Is the Silk Road Journey a fixed tasting menu?
No. It runs in three courses, house spreads, mezze, and mains, but only the spreads are set in advance. You and your guests order the mezze and main courses freely from Ammoora's full menu, the same one used for regular dinner service.
What if my party is smaller than eight?
Groups of four to seven are welcome by request, just let us know when you reserve, and we'll confirm whether the Silk Road Journey or our regular dinner menu is the better fit.
What if my party is larger than sixteen?
Groups of seventeen or more are handled through our Private Events program, which can accommodate up to a full restaurant buyout.
What isn't included in the $85?
Dessert, beverages, and a small number of premium mezze and main course upgrades are priced separately. Automatic gratuity is also applied on top, for parties of six or more.
How long does the Journey run?
Reservations are set for a two-hour experience, spreads, mezze, mains, and any à la carte additions, at a pace the table sets itself.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Several spreads and mezze are vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free by default, and our team can work around most other restrictions with advance notice.
Can the check be split?
For Silk Road Journey reservations, the check is settled by the host, and separate checks aren't available. Any cost-sharing among guests is handled independently of Ammoora.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A $680 deposit is required for parties of eight or more to reserve the Silk Road Journey. Reserving ahead lets our kitchen and floor properly prepare for your group, so your host and table can settle in and enjoy the evening rather than wait on it.
What is the cancellation policy?
Changes can be made up to 48 hours in advance of your reservation. After that window, the $680 deposit is non-refundable, even if your final party size falls below the required guest count. The deposit itself isn't lost, it's applied toward your dinner service that evening.
What if we arrive late?
All parties must arrive on time to be seated.
Where is the Journey seated?
Seating is arranged based on your party size and availability at the time of booking. Depending on availability and weather, an outdoor setting may also be possible, ask when you reserve.
